Who helps the student with the actual experience of adapting?
Schools, advisors, tutors, counselors, and coaches all play important roles. But someone also needs to help with the day-to-day reality of adjusting to a new country, a new school, and a new way of life. That is what we do.

About the founder
Liliana Sáez, MBA
Founder, Global Adapt Method
Liliana Sáez has spent her career at the intersection of international education, student wellness, and performance.
For about nine years, she has worked with University Success as Director of Operations and Director of Wellness, guiding international students and their families through competitive academic environments and the move to U.S. education.
She holds an MBA from a U.S. institution and studied sociology in Venezuela. Her work in the United States and Italy spans wellness, performance support, personal training, nutrition, crisis counseling, fashion, and aviation. She is also trained in Ayurveda and related mind-body practices, and has worked with high-performance athletes and students balancing demanding academic and athletic schedules.
Liliana relocated internationally herself and has lived in the United States for more than 26 years, so she understands the transition from both a professional and a personal perspective.

How it works
A clear, personalized 90-day program
There is no standard curriculum. We start by identifying where the student is struggling most and what needs attention first. From there, strategies are built around the student's real schedule and real life. The goal is a student who can manage on their own.
90 Days
A focused program with a clear beginning and end.
Weekly 45-Minute Sessions
One-on-one sessions, conducted online.
WhatsApp Support
The student can reach out between sessions during business hours.
Your Language
Sessions in English, Spanish, or Italian.

For parents
Informed, not overloaded
Parents play an important role. At the end of each month, they receive a short progress report by email, followed by a final report when the program ends. Each report explains what we're working on, the progress so far, and how parents can support their child's growing independence at home. Student trust and privacy are respected throughout.

Who it's for
International students who are:
- Preparing to study abroad
- Settling in after an international move
- Starting boarding school, university, or a new academic program
- Struggling with organization, routines, focus, or time management
- Taking on more independence than they're used to
- Balancing demanding academics with competitive sports or other major commitments
- Dealing with academic pressure or test anxiety
- Adjusting culturally and socially
It is also a good fit for families who want support in place before small problems become bigger ones.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are sessions online or in person?
Sessions are primarily conducted online. In-person support may be available in exceptional or emergency situations, with any required travel expenses covered by the family.
How do you handle different time zones?
Sessions are scheduled in the student's local time zone.
What languages are sessions offered in?
English, Spanish, or Italian.
How is this different from tutoring, counseling, or therapy?
Tutors focus on academic subjects, and counselors and therapists provide clinical or mental-health care. Global Adapt Method focuses on the practical side of adapting: routines, organization, independence, communication, stress management, and cultural adjustment. It is educational and supportive, not clinical.
What if my child is under 18?
We welcome students under 18. A parent or legal guardian signs the program agreement and receives the monthly progress reports.
How much does the program cost?
The 90-day program is $6,500 USD and includes 12 weekly sessions, WhatsApp support, and monthly progress reports for parents.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice count as completed. See the program terms.
Do you offer a refund?
All program fees are non-refundable. That's why we start with a free conversation, to make sure the program is the right fit before you commit.
